Prakshivamart – Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Delivery is available only in selected serviceable areas.
  • Serviceability depends on your location and pin code.
  • Orders from non-serviceable areas will not be processed.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Due to the perishable nature of products, we offer fast delivery:
    • Standard Delivery: Same day or within a few hours
    • Express Delivery: 30 minutes to 2 hours (where available)
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
    • Order volume
    • Weather conditions
    • Traffic or operational constraints

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Customers will receive order updates via SMS/email/app notifications.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) depend on:
    • Order value
    • Distance
    • Delivery slot or urgency
  • All charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made.
  • If unsuccessful due to customer unavailability:
    • The order may be cancelled
    • Refunds (if applicable) may be processed after deductions

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery details
  • Be available to receive the order
  • Accept delivery promptly, especially for perishable goods

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Cancellation of order

7. Delivery of Perishable Goods

  • Orders must be accepted immediately upon delivery.
  • Once delivered:
    • Responsibility for storage and handling transfers to the customer
  • Prakshivamart is not liable for:
    • Spoilage after delivery
    • Improper storage

8. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or logistical issues
  • High demand
  • Force majeure events

We will try to notify you, but no compensation is guaranteed for delays.


9. Order Tracking

  • Tracking updates or delivery status may be shared via:
    • SMS
    • Email
    • App notifications
  • Real-time tracking may vary depending on delivery operations.

10. Third-Party Delivery

  • Deliveries may be handled by third-party logistics partners.
  • While we aim for quality service:
    • We are not responsible for individual delivery personnel behavior

11. Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership and risk of products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

12. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may not be deliverable due to:
    • Location constraints
    • Handling limitations
